Nino Appears in Wayne County Court

32-year-old Kaine Nino was in Wayne County Court on Tuesday. Nino is currently facing murder related charges. According to court documents, a 5th charge, aggravated battery, was added to the indictment. Nino pled not guilty to that count. Nino remains in Wayne County Jail, where he is being held prior to trial.

According to court records, Nino is set to have his final pretrial next Tuesday with the trial set to begin October 14th. Judge Denton Aud will serve as the judge in the matter as he was assigned to the case after a substitution of judge request was made by defense attorney, Roger White.
