Noble Man Reports To Start Two Year Sentence in IDOC

RICHLAND CO. – A Noble Man has reported to the Richland County Jail to start his Illinois Department of Corrections following a conviction on a single count of possession of meth.

33-year-old Ricky J. Tracy was sentenced in Richland County Court on September 4th to serve 2 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Tracy will serve the sentence concurrent with an incident in 2023. Upon release, Tracy will also serve 6 months of mandatory supervised released and is responsible for court costs of over $2600.
