Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies Arrest Man Following Domestic Incident

KNOX COUNTY – Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man Wednesday following a domestic dispute.

At 9:31 AM, deputies booked 23-year-old Franklin Seals. Seals faces 2 counts of domestic battery and a count of invasion of privacy.

Seals is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail, pending an initial court appearance.
