Wayne County Deputies Arrest Man On Aggravated DUI And Other Charges

FAIRFIELD – Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man on Tuesday evening on a charge of Aggravated DUI with other charges.

On 9/30/25, at 10:16 p.m., 40-year-old Justin Edward Dejaynes on the charge of Aggravated DUI Due To Death of Another, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Other charges/comments include HX/Homicide, Drugs, Assault, Property Damage/Domestic Battery, Harassment, Involuntary Manslaughter, and Reckless Homicide. He was quick booked and released with a Notice to Appear in the Wayne County Court. The arresting officer was Wayne County Deputy Joshua Manahan.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty. More information will be released as it becomes avaiable
