Vaughan Sexual Abuse Case Arraignment And Pre-Trial Release Hearing Delayed

Caleb T. Vaughan 19 of Fairfield was back in court (via ZOOM from the Wayne County Jail) Thursday on charges of Criminal Sexual Assault (Class 1 Felony), and Criminal Sexual Abuse (Class 2 Felony).

Judge Vaughn recused himself from the case which was set for Pre-trial Release and Arraignment on Oct 2, 2025. The all hearings will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 1pm. Vaughan is being represented by T.J. Parrish from Mt Vernon, IL.

Vaughan is Innocent until proven Guilty in the court of law.
