Warrant Issued For Nicholas Irelan

A Failure to Appear Warrant has been issued for 38-year-old Nicholas Irelan of Mount Carmel.

Nicholas Irelan was due to appear before the Wabash County Court on Monday, October 8, stemming from 2021 charges of Phone Harassment and Transmitting Obscene Messages (both Class 4 Felonies).

Irelan was initially arrested on April 1, 2021, and has failed to appear to court numerous times, resulting in multiple FTA Warrants over recent years.

As always, all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. This is an ongoing case. Illiana News will release more information as it becomes available.
