Caleb Vaughan Appears In Court For Pretrial

Caleb T Vaughan, 19-years-old of Barnhill, appeared in the Wayne County Court today (Monday, October 6) via zoom for his Pretrial Hearing. Vaughan has been charged with Criminal Sexual Assault With Use or Threat of Force, a Class 1 Felony, and Criminal Sexual Abuse With Use or Threat of Force, a Class 4 Felony.

Initially Vaughan was due to appear in court on October 2, but the case was rescheduled when Judge Vaughn recused himself from the case. Vaughn was denied Pretrial Release at that time.

The Prosecuting Attorney in this case is Kyle A. Ellis. Vaughan is being represented by Troy J. Parrish. Judge Denton Aud is presiding over the case.

First Appearance for Caleb T Vaughan is set for Tuesday, October 14, in Wayne County Court.
