Rockett Appears in Wayne County Court

38-year-old Joshua Rockett of Fairfield appeared in Wayne County court Tuesday. Rockett is currently facing charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse with a victim under the age or 18, aggravated criminal sexual abuse with the victim over the age of 5, and criminal sexual abuse.

The court allowed an amended pretrial release agreement that now allows for Rockett to attend doctors appointments. Rockett is currently in conditional release on electronic monitoring. He is due back in Wayne County Court on November 4th with a jury trial set to take place beginning November 7th.
