WASHINGTON - Daviess County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a man following a traffic stop early Tuesday Evening. At 6:09 PM, deputies stopped a vehicle operated by 30-year-old Emilio DeLaRosa. DeLaRosa faces a count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. DeLaRosa is being held without bond currently in the Daviess County Security Center.
