INDOT has announced that maintenance work will be taking place next week for light maintenance. Beginning on or around Tuesday, October 14, crews will begin alternating lane restrictions on ramps at the U.S. 41/6th Street/U.S. 50 interchange in Vincennes for the maintenance work. Davies County Sheriffs Deputies arrested a man late Tuesday evening following a traffic stop. According to the Daviess County Jail log, 45-year-old Stephen Sagreant was taken into custody. Sargeant faces charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man Tuesday following investigation into an incident involving a weapon. At 10:50 AM, 41-year-old Edmond King was booked into the Knox County Jail. King faces counts of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct. King is being held in the Knox County Jail.
