This $1,000 award is open to students currently enrolled in an accredited health science program who demonstrate financial need and the ability to complete their program. Wayne County Treasurer, Yvette Anderson, is reminding residents that the first installment on property tax bills is due today, with the second installment to be due on November 10th.
