SULLIVAN – Work has been underway on the East Washington Street portion of the Sully Greenway Trail System over the last few days. Officials also say where the trail crosses the railroad tracks on East Washington Street, new handrails have been installed.
The Sully Greenway Trail System is designed to enhance connectivity, walkability, health and wellness, and outdoor recreation. City officials received federal grant funding for the project in 2021 with a targeted completion in 2026.
