Daviess County Authorities Arrest Man Following Traffic Stop

WASHINGTON - Daviess County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a man following a traffic stop early Tuesday Evening. At 6:09 PM, deputies stopped a vehicle operated by 30-year-old Emilio DeLaRosa. DeLaRosa faces a count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. DeLaRosa is being held without bond currently in the Daviess County Security Center.

WASHINGTON - Daviess County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a woman on Tuesday on drug dealing charges. At 2:40 PM, deputies arrested 49-year-old Christina Waltz on a count of dealing in a schedule 1, 2, or 3 controlled substance. Waltz is being held on $25,000 bail in the Daviess County Security Center.

WASHINGTON - A Daviess County man will spend the next 150 years behind bars for the murder of Aracelly Torres as well as the attempted murder of Yarely Santiago-Torres and Concepcion Ramirez-Martinez of Washington.
