UNDATED - Several fire departments throughout Illiana have been fighting field fires this weekend. Daviess County Crews have been called out to fires along the I-69 corridor while Vincennes Township crews have been battling grass and field fires just outside of Vincennes. Daviess County Makes Drug Related Arrest

DAVIESS CO. - Daviess County Sheriff's Officials made an arrest of a Washington Man on Thursday following a traffic stop. At 8:28 PM, 45-Year-old Jeremy M. Petty was taken into custody on multiple charges of dealing in methamphetamine as well as counts of possession of marijuana, reckless driving, resisting law enforecement, and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Petty is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
