A Wayne County Woman is in custody following an investigation into identity theft. At 6:26 PM Sunday, 40-year-old Samantha Swafford was arrested on counts of possession of meth and aggravated identity theft against a person over the age of 60 years old or a person with a disability. Swafford is being held in the Wayne County Jail, pending a hearing before a judge.
