Martin County authorities arrested Russell Erwin Wednesday afternoon on multiple drug-related offenses. The arrest occurred at 4:24 p.m. Erwin is facing several charges, including dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, neglect of a dependent, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful use of a police radio.
