A Princeton man was arrested Thursday after police discovered multiple illegal substances while responding to a disturbance call. According to the Princeton Police Department, officers were dispatched to a residence on October 16, 2025, for a reported disturbance. The Knox County Sheriff’s Office made two separate arrests on Wednesday, October 15, involving charges of domestic battery and theft. At approximately 1:51 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call, resulting in the arrest of 37-year-old Brandi Clark. Clark was charged with domestic battery. Martin County authorities arrested Russell Erwin Wednesday afternoon on multiple drug-related offenses. The arrest occurred at 4:24 p.m. Erwin is facing several charges, including dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, neglect of a dependent, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful use of a police radio. Erwin was booked into the Martin County Jail, where he remains in custody.
Emergency crews were called to the scene of a single-vehicle accident Wednesday evening along Highway 168 near Snake Run Road.
