Vincennes City Police arrested a Vincennes man following a domestic disturbance on Sunday. At 11:03 AM, 57-year-old Ronald Leehy was taken into custody and booked into the Knox County Jail. Leehy faces 2 counts of domestic battery, and single counts of strangulation, possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle with a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, and interference in the reporting of a crime.
