High school volleyball action from Monday, Shoals swept Paoli 3 sets to none, North Posey swept Princeton 3-0. Gibson Southern defeated Vincennes Lincoln 3-1. Linton downed Bloomfield 3-0. Vincennes Rivet swept North Knox 3-0. On the Illinois side, Cisne swept Patoka/Odin 2-0. Wayne City swept Christopher 2-0.

The Illinois High School Girls Golf Sectionals took place on Monday. The Mount Carmel Golden Aces are the Sectional Champ of the Monticello Sectional for Girls Golf.
