Darmstadt Man Arrested on Following Revocation of Bond

PIKE COUNTY – A Darmstadt Man is behind bars after he was arrested Wednesday afternoon.

53-year-old Dale Sandy was booked into the Pike County Jail following revocation of bond

According to MyCase, Sandy is also facing charges in Gibson County that were filed on September 18th. In that case, he faces counts of residential entry and invasion of privacy.

Pike County Authorities filed a bond revocation warrant based on the Gibson County Charges. Sandy in Pike County faces 2 counts each of sexual battery and dealing in a look a like substance. The charges came from an incident that took place in July. Sandy was under a plea deal where both of the sexual battery counts and one of the dealing counts were dropped. Currently, Sandy is set to appear for sentencing in this case on October 9th, but has filed a motion for continuance and to try to set aside or vacate the judgement.
