Originally, construction crews were going to close State Road 241 in Monroe City on Thursday, but now that project has been postponed.
INDOT made the announcement of the postponement of work on the road way Wednesday Afternoon. Officials say the work will now take part in 2026. The work would have closed the roadway down for 2 weeks for a pipe replacement project.
No other information was released involving the postponement.
