Knox County Deputies Arrested Man After Disorderly Call

Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man following call to a disturbance Wednesday Evening.

At 9:50 PM, 62-year-old Ricky Arthur was booked into the Knox County Jail. Arthur faces counts of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and intimidation. Arthur is being held in the Knox County Jail, pending an initial court appearance.
