A major road closure next week will affect several people in Fairfield.
Norfolk Southern will be working on the rail crossing on US 45 starting Monday Morning. City officials say the road will be closed near the railroad crossing through Friday, October 3rd.
The official detour will use King Street, Southwest 4th Street, and Highland Avenue.
