Mount Carmel Woman Facing Theft Charge

MOUNT CARMEL, IL – Mount Carmel police arrested a Mount Carmel Woman on a theft charge Tuesday.

At 5:02 PM Tuesday, police booked 20-year-old Tessa Smith into the Wabash County Jail. Smith faces a single count of theft of labor or services or Use of Property.

Smith is being held in the Wabash County Jail, pending a court appearance.
