Pike County Man Arrrested for OVI

PIKE COUNTY – Pike County Authorities arrested a man Monday evening following a traffic stop.

19-year-old Quentin Kellams was taken into custody and preliminarily charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Kellams is being held in the Pike County Jail.
