Wheatland Woman Arrested Following Incident

Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Wheatland woman early this morning on drug related charges.

According to jail records, 26-year-old Angela Hernandez was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting law enforcement, and was wanted on a failure to appear warrant.

According to MyCase, the warrant dates back to a case that started in July of 2024. In that case, Hernandez faces charges of robbery resulting in bodily injury and burglary resulting in bodily injury. The warrant was issued on September 12th. A jury trial in the matter was scheduled for September 30th.

Hernandez is being held in the Knox County Jail without bond.
